About our equipment and training:
The infrared thermal imaging equipment typically employed by BC Warner Inspections is a Fluke TiX520 portable thermal imaging camera. It is among the most sensitive in the industry with a 320 x 240 image resolution detector and on-board processing Super Resolution capable of 640×480 image resolution; 0.05°C NETD temperature resolution; and utilizes multiple angle viewing lenses. This infrared equipment is also capable of video, still, and live feed images. I also utilize a vast array of specialized diagnostic equipment to help verify the infrared findings. These attributes are absolutely essential for accurate detection and analysis in industrial, residential, and commercial thermal inspection applications. Specialized infrared training inlcudes ASNT compliant Level I and Level II thermography with a focus on residential and commercial infrared inspections. I continue to increase my knowledge of infrared thermal inspections through continued education, research, and colleague networking. This assures clients that BC Warner Inspections & Thermal Imaging Services is a highly qualified, capable, and equipped Dayton Thermal Inspection provider.
